I've been a loyal Windows Update Insider, installed the latest Windows 10 v1607 (May 18th, 2016). Later, I discovered that the built-in Ad-Blocker was failing to block ads that host third-party cookies. I was able to read an article at The Register from author David Jackson, who wrote that one of the fixes for this problem was "to downgrade to an older patch version." He writes "As always, install the latest April Patch for Windows 10. You will not be able to roll back this step. You need to wait for Microsoft to build a version that runs on Windows 10 build 1607 for devices on the fast ring. Or if you want to roll back to Windows 10 build 1606, try installing that version's Patch Tuesday update."
With the above in mind, I'm forced to use the below advice (advised by windows.com) because I can't uninstall a Win10 v1607 May 2018 Update Patches Release, 1.721(2675100) on my Win10 Pro 64-bit.
